Ormylia’s Vulnerable Children’s Program
The Panagia Philanthropini Foundation has served as a place of healing and hope for over three decades. The Center was founded by the Blessed Elder Aimilianos, the Abbot of the Monastery of Simonos Petras on Mount Athos and Founder of the Sacred Convent of Ormylia to show love to all, especially to those who have no one to love them.
The Vulnerable Children's Program at the Center of Panagia Philanthropini provides comprehensive care to children in need, including medical assistance, psychological support, and creative activities. The program also reaches out to young inmates in juvenile prisons, offering them similar support and the message of Christ's love and forgiveness.
Ormylia’s Youth in Prison Ministry
Ormylia’s ministry reaches across juvenile detention facilities in Greece and has already reached many hundreds of incarcerated and justice-involved young people, offering sustained personal support, practical assistance, education and rehabilitation opportunities, and continued care as they prepare to return to society.
